Food - Contact Compliant Card

PRO ISO - PVC black matt, available in twothicknesses: 0,76 and 0,44mm. The plastic cardsize (86 x 54 mm or 114 x 54 mm) is very handy touse on the display stands. Safety of our product isguaranteed, cards are verified as food contactsafe. PVC cards are easy to keep clean andresistant to cold and moisture. Cards with anti-bacterial surface

Plastic cards manufactured by us under the PLASTCARD brand, type AB, have antibacterial and antiviral properties. The external surface of AB type plastic cards is characterised by antibacterial properties thanks to the application of a film with such properties. This foil has a declaration of conformity and bacteriological test results issued by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services INTERTEK Testing Service.

Hot Stamping

Hot-stamping is a refining process in which a hot-stamping foil is "pressed" into the surface of a card using a heated die in the shape of a logo or a decorative text. This method is also used for placing holograms on cards. Hot-stamping techniques are special effects which enhance the visual appeal and increase the level of security of the card.

Cold Stamping

Cold-stamping technology can be used as an enhancement for offset printing on certain substrates. The metallic foil is adhered to the surface of the material using a special adhesive applied by offset printing in the areas where the card is to be foil stamped. As a result, the foil remains on the substrate where the adhesive was applied. Offset printing performed on a print substrate prepared in this way produces a very interesting effect in the form of metallised graphics.

Swelling varnish

The "bulging" effect is achieved by the gradual application of transparent varnish, which increases in volume under the influence of UV lamps. This effect allows certain elements of the print to be highlighted, giving them a visible, tactile 3D structure. In addition, the ID 077 card contains a phosphorescent lacquer that glows in the dark.

UV-visible printing

Printing with an ink that is invisible in daylight. The unique technology makes it possible to place on the card any text or mark which is not visible to the naked eye. The given element is visible only under ultraviolet - UV light. This technology increases the level of card security.

Thermochromic effect

Thermochromic paint contains a dark pigment which, when exposed to higher temperatures (e.g., holding your finger on the card for a moment) becomes transparent. When the card surface temperature returns to ambient temperature, the pigment becomes dark and opaque again.

Neon paints

Neon paints are a very popular solution. Applied by screen printing, they give the card a fluorescent effect, very vivid and bright colours. Only available for selected colours.

Coloured edges

An interesting solution is colouring the edges of cards. A special film is used for this purpose, which is applied to the edges, increasing the value of the whole product.
